REGOLE DELL’ARENA

1. I cavalli non possono essere esercitati per più di 1,5 ore (anche non consecutive) durante

un periodo di 24 ore; gli steward potrebbero utilizzare un’applicazione mobile e un tag NFC

sul numero di testiera per garantire il corretto conteggio del tempo, il tempo di riposo del

cavallo non verrà conteggiato.

2. I cavalli non possono essere lavorati alla corda per più di 20 minuti (anche non

consecutivi) durante un periodo di 24 ore; gli steward potrebbero utilizzare un’applicazione

mobile e un tag NFC sul numero di testiera per garantire il corretto conteggio del tempo, il

tempo di riposo del cavallo non verrà conteggiato.

3. I cavalli possono essere cavalcati solo al passo al di fuori delle aree di competizione. È

consentito portarli a mano al pascolo nei prati autorizzati.

4. Durante il riscaldamento e le sessioni di esercizio, i cavalli non devono trovarsi a meno di

due metri dal perimetro dell’arena al termine di uno sliding stop. Non è consentito il

fencing.

5. Durante il riscaldamento e le sessioni di esercizio, non è consentito girare (spin) più di

otto volte consecutive.

6. È permesso solo l’uso di attrezzatura approvata NRHA in tutta la struttura. È consentito

solo l’uso di chiudibocca in cuoio posizionati solo sopra al morso.

7. È obbligatorio il numero di testiera durante le sessioni di esercizio. Qualsiasi violazione

delle regole comporterà l’immediata esclusione dalla competizione.

8. Tirare la bocca del cavallo è vietato in qualsiasi momento.

9.L’uso scorretto degli speroni non è consentito.

10. Coprire i fianchi del cavallo con bende, spray colorati, sabbia ecc. è vietato in tutta la

struttura.

Tutte le arene sono video sorvegliate.

PENALITÀ

- Primo avvertimento verbale: monta troppo violenta, più di 8 spin, mancato rispetto della

distanza di 2 m, comportamento antisportivo, ecc.

- Secondo avvertimento (cartellino giallo): qualsiasi seconda infrazione porta

immediatamente al cartellino giallo.

- Terzo avvertimento (cartellino rosso): qualsiasi terza infrazione e l’uso di imboccature o

attrezzatura illegale comporta l’esclusione immediata dall’intera competizione.

Gli steward sono garanti della regolarità della competizione e hanno piena autorità

nell’emettere sanzioni. Il mancato rispetto delle indicazioni degli steward può comportare

l’esclusione immediata.

NUMERI DI TESTIERA

Ogni cavallo deve avere il proprio numero di testiera durante tutto l’evento, sia durante le

sessioni di lavoro, che durante le competizioni o altre attività da terra. Qualsiasi cavallo

trovato con un numero diverso o manomesso sarà automaticamente escluso dalla

competizione.

ESCLUSIONE DALLA COMPETIZIONE

L’esclusione dalla competizione per qualsiasi motivo non dà diritto ad alcun rimborso.

CODICE ETICO E REGOLE DI CONDOTTA

Tutti i cavalieri, allevatori, proprietari, allenatori e istruttori devono assumere una

responsabilità etica che impone una condotta seria e onesta nel trattamento dei cavalli. Con

la firma del presente documento e la partecipazione a un evento equestre dichiarano di non

essere mai stati condannati e di non avere procedimenti in corso per reati contro il

benessere animale.

REGOLE DI CONDOTTA

1. Rispettare la normativa vigente sul benessere animale (Direttiva 98/58/CE).

2. Agire sempre secondo i criteri della buona educazione e comportarsi con rispetto verso le

persone, gli animali e l’ambiente.

3. Applicare le regole della buona equitazione e del rispetto per gli equini, sia dalla sella che

da terra.

4. Fornire informazioni veritiere sui cavalli provenienti dal proprio allevamento o

comunque di proprietà.

5. Chiunque commetta atti di maltrattamento, coercizione, punizioni o causi danni agli

animali in qualsiasi modo, sarà espulso da Tenuta Elementa a insindacabile giudizio

della Commissione Veterinaria, oltre a incorrere nelle eventuali sanzioni che potranno

essere irrogate a seguito del relativo procedimento disciplinare da parte della F.I.S.E. -

Federazione Italiana Sport Equestri e/o Associazioni affiliate.

6. I groom e i responsabili della stabulazione degli equini devono osservare

scrupolosamente le regole di corretta gestione riguardanti:

- alimentazione e abbeveraggio adeguati e ben razionati

- lettiera pulita e abbondante

- pulizia e ordine della scuderia

- protezione della salute degli animali

7. Tutti coloro che conducono equini, sia durante le competizioni che negli spostamenti

all’interno della Tenuta Elementa, devono prestare attenzione ai visitatori per evitare

danni a persone, animali o cose. È vietato condurre equini nelle aree a loro interdette.

8. È assolutamente vietato, pena l’immediata espulsione e le sanzioni previste dal

regolamento per la tutela degli equini, l’utilizzo di strumenti, finimenti o qualsiasi altro

mezzo o sostanza che possa in qualunque modo alterare le prestazioni degli equini,

modificarne il comportamento o mascherare problemi di salute.

9.Una Commissione Veterinaria è disponibile per fornire assistenza in caso di problemi di

salute o incidenti di qualsiasi tipo.

10. Gli animali devono transitare esclusivamente nelle aree a loro riservate, come indicato

dalla Tenuta Elementa, rispettando gli orari di accesso e le regole d’uso delle strutture

messe a disposizione per il movimento e l’esercizio in sella.

11. È vietato effettuare dimostrazioni pratiche e/o esibizioni e/o uscire dalle aree

consentite non comprese nel calendario stabilito.

12. Il Servizio Veterinario può richiedere una visita al cavallo in qualsiasi momento lo

ritenga necessario.

13. In caso di qualsiasi problema, è obbligatorio contattare il Servizio Veterinario, che a sua

volta si metterà in contatto con i commissari di gara.

La partecipazione all’evento implica l’accettazione integrale delle presenti regole.

ARENA RULES AND ETHIC CODE

ARENA RULES

1. Horses cannot be exercised for more than 1.5 hours (even non-consecutive) during a 24-hour

period; the stewards will use a mobile application and a NFC tag on the bridle number to secure

the correct time counting, rest horse time will not be counted.

2. Horses cannot be longed for more than 20 minutes (even non-consecutive) during a 24-hour

period; the stewards may use a mobile application and a NFC tag on the bridle number to secure

the correct time counting, rest horse time will not be counted.

3. Horses can only be ridden outside the competition areas must be at all times at a walk. Horses

can be taken with a lead rein to graze in the meadows but not in the flowerbeds.

4. During warm-up and exercise sessions horses must not be within two meters of the perimeter of

the arena at the completion of a sliding stop. Fencing is not allowed.

5. During warm-up and exercise sessions horses must not be spun more than eight consecutive

times.

6. Only NRHA Approved equipment is allowed in the whole venue. The use of leather noseband is

permitted instead the use of flash noseband is not permitted.

7. A bridle number is compulsory during the working sessions. Any infringement of the above will

result in immediate exclusion from the competition.

8. Tugging the horse mouth is forbidden at all times.

9. The unconsidered use of spurs is not allowed.

10. Covering the horse sides with bands, colored or not spray, sand etc. is forbidden at all times in

the whole venue.

All arenas are video monitored.

PENALITIES

Any breach of the rules will be penalized as follows:

1. Verbal warning/first warning: too hard, rough riding, more than 8 spins, not respecting the 2m

distance, unsportsmanlike behavior, etc...

2. Yellow card/second warning: any second warning (point 1) will result in a yellow card

immediately and without warning.

3. Red card/third warning: any third warning (point 2), bit or illegal equipment will result in

immediate exclusion from the entire competition.

The stewards are the guarantors of the regularity of the competition and have full authority to issue

penalties.

Participants must accept the decision of the stewards, whether they are ordered to stop to rest the

horse or to return to the stables because they need more time for the horse to rest.

Failure to comply with the stewards' instructions/indications may result in immediate exclusion

from the competition.

BRIDLE NUMBERS

Each horse must have its own number attached to the bridle throughout the entire event, whether

it be during exercise sessions, during competitions or any other activities on the ground (in this

case, the groom/rider can carry it). Any horse that is stopped with a bridle number different to its

own and/or which has been tampered with will be automatically excluded from the competition.

EXCLUSION FROM THE COMPETITION

Exclusion from the competition for any reason whatsoever does not entitle the participant to any

reimbursement.

All participating riders/breeders/owners/trainers/instructors are required to assume an ethical

responsibility which requires serious and honest conduct and handling of horses. Therefore, all

participants must abide by the following rules, the signing of which implies that they have never

been convicted and/or there are no ongoing proceedings for unlawful acts against animal welfare.

RULES OF CONDUCT

1. Comply with current legislation on animal welfare (Directive 98/58/EC)

2. Always act according to the criteria of good manners and behave respectfully towards people,

animals and the environment

3. Apply the rules of good horsemanship and respect for equines, both in mounted and ground

work

4. Provide truthful information about horses from their stud or otherwise owned by them

5. Anyone committing acts of ill-treatment, coercive actions, punishments or causing damage to

the animals in any way will be expelled from Tenuta Elementa at the unquestionable judgement of

the Veterinary Commission, in addition to incurring in possible sanctions that may be imposed,

following the relative disciplinary procedure by the F.I.S.E. - the Italian Federation of Equestrian

Sports and/or affiliated Associations.

6. Grooms and those responsible for stabling the equines must scrupulously observe the rules of

correct management in the following areas:

- adequate and well rationed feeding and watering

- clean and abundant bedding

- cleanliness and orderliness of the environment in which they are stabled

- protection of the animals' health

7. All those handling equines both during the competitions and when moving around inside Tenuta

Elementa must be attentive to visitors to avoid damage to people, animals and belongings. It is

forbidden to go with equines in the areas forbidden to them.

8. It is absolutely forbidden, under the penalty of immediate expulsion and sanctions as provided

for in the regulations for the protection of equines, to use instruments, harnesses or any other

means or substances that may in any way alter the performance of the equines, modify their

behaviour or conceal health problems.

9. A Veterinary Commission is available to assist in the event of health problems or accidents of

any kind.

10. The animals must go through the areas reserved for them as indicated by Tenuta Elementa,

respecting the access times and the rules for the use of the facilities made available to move and

work the equines.

11. It is forbidden to hold practical demonstrations and/or exhibitions and/or to go outside the

permitted areas that are not included in the established calendar.

12. The Veterinary Service can request a horse visit any time they deem it necessary.

13. In the event of any problem, it is compulsory to contact the Veterinary Service, which will in

turn contact the competition stewards.
